1:1 Neuro Somatic Intensive
Highly specialised, individualised Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ work for the thing you haven't been able to shift on your own.
Intensive. Targeted. Personalised. Designed around you.
Applications now open for 2027.
Sometimes you don't need more time.
You need the right intervention.
There may be something specific you've been trying to change, resolve, prepare for or move through.
You've read the books.
You've done the thinking.
You've had the conversations.
You may even understand exactly why you're doing what you're doing.
And yet...
You're still stuck.
The same pattern keeps showing up.
Your nervous system keeps responding the same way.
You know what you want to do—but something inside you keeps pulling you back.
Or perhaps you're approaching something important and you want to be exceptionally prepared.
A major presentation.
A leadership challenge.
A career transition.
A difficult conversation.
A significant decision.
An important professional or personal goal.
This is where the 1:1 Neuro Somatic Intensive comes in.
This is not ongoing therapy.
And it isn't generic coaching.
This is a highly specialised, focused period of Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ work, designed around one person, one set of goals and the patterns that are getting in the way.
We'll identify what is actually happening beneath the surface and work directly with the nervous system patterns, protective strategies and embodied responses that may be maintaining it.
Then we'll practise something different.
Again and again.
Until something starts to change.

Making a significant change you've been circling for years
Navigating a period of uncertainty or increased responsibility
Complex or longstanding patterns
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to change. You just haven't been able to get there.
This is where we can slow things down and look at the deeper protective patterns underneath the behaviour.
Not just: "Why do I keep doing this?"
But: "What is my nervous system protecting me from—and what would it need to experience something different?"
What makes this different?
Most coaching starts with the goal.
Most therapy starts with the problem.
This work starts with the whole system.
We'll look at:
The outcome
What specifically do you want to be different?
The pattern
What keeps happening instead?
The protective strategy
What is your system trying to prevent, manage or protect you from?
The nervous system
What happens in your body when the pattern is activated?
The capacity
What needs to become possible for you to respond differently?
The Self-Led response
What does it look like when you can act from choice rather than protection?
This is the NSI framework applied intensively and specifically to you.
We don't just talk about the problem.
We work with it. Your body is part of the intervention.
Sessions may involve:
Nervous system mapping
Building somatic awareness and capacity
Interoceptive, proprioception and vestibular practices - based on needs identified
Experiential exercises / tools - based on needs identified
Education and learning that your ‘issues’ have arisen as protective or survival strategies
Working with embodied responses
Rewiring new responses
Integrating new patterns into real-world situations
Between-session practice and experimentation
The goal isn't to make you permanently calm. No. The goal is to increase your capacity, flexibility and choice. So that when the thing happens... You have more options.
This is about rewiring and building nervous system safety.
A truly individualised approach
There is no generic six-week curriculum. No set sequence you have to follow. No "one size fits all" nervous system protocol.
Your package is built around:
Your goal.
Your patterns.
Your nervous system.
Your context.
Your timeframe.
And your significant intake assessment process - this is a series of several in-depth questionnaires.
We'll determine what needs to be worked on and continually adjust the focus as your capacity and circumstances change.
The intensive format
This work requires consistency.
That's why the minimum commitment is 12 weeks.
You will have weekly involvement with me throughout your intensive period.
This creates enough continuity for us to:
Understand → Practise → Apply → Review → Adjust → Repeat
rather than having isolated sessions that don’t quite translate into everyday life.
Choose your timeframe
3-Month Intensive (12 weeks)
The minimum commitment. A focused period of weekly NSI work around a clearly defined goal, challenge or pattern. Ideal when you have a specific outcome or upcoming challenge you want to work towards.
6-Month Intensive (24 weeks)
For more complex, longstanding or multi-layered patterns. Allows greater time for deeper exploration, repeated practice and integration into real life.
Ongoing Blocks / Add ons
Once your initial intensive is complete, you may choose to continue in additional three-month blocks where appropriate. Or come back for more specific needs at any time. You commit to the period of work you need.
This is intensive for a reason.
This isn't designed for someone wanting occasional sessions when something goes wrong. This is a real commitment to deep diving into yourself from underneath.
It is for people who are ready to actively work on something.
You'll be expected to engage between sessions. To practise. To notice. To experiment.
To bring real-life situations into the work.
To tell me what's working—and what isn't.
Because the transformation doesn't happen in the hour we spend together.
The session is where we work it out.
Your life is where you practise it.
Who is this for?
This work is deliberately broad.
You might be:
A high-performing professional
A business owner
A leader or executive
An artist or creative
An athlete or performer
A therapist or helping professional
Someone navigating a major life transition
Someone who has a specific pattern they desperately want to change
Someone preparing for a high-stakes event
Someone who has done considerable personal development but still feels stuck
You don't need to fit a particular demographic.
You need a specific reason for wanting to do this work now.
Why work with me?
My background as a therapist means I bring years of experience understanding complex human behaviour, trauma, protective patterns, relationships and the ways people can become stuck.
But this intensive is not therapy.
The work is deliberately contained within the Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ framework.
That means we aren't opening up your entire history and trying to fix everything.
We're asking:
What do you want to change?
What's getting in the way?
What is your nervous system doing?
What does it need to learn?
And how do we practise that in real life?
Focused.
Practical.
Experiential.
Targeted.
What this isn't
This isn't:
Traditional psychotherapy
Trauma therapy
Crisis support
Generic life coaching
Motivational coaching
A passive "talk about your problems" service
A quick-fix nervous system reset
A program where I tell you what to do and you disappear until the next session
If you need psychological treatment, trauma therapy or crisis support, this isn't the appropriate service.
If you're ready for focused, structured NSI work around a specific goal or challenge, it may be exactly what you're looking for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This is a specialised NSI coaching/intensive service. Although my professional background is in therapy and informs the depth and quality of the work, this service is not psychotherapy and isn't intended to diagnose through a medical model lens. The work remains focused on your defined goal, challenge or pattern through the Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ framework.
Do I need to have a specific goal, focus or presentation?
Yes. You don't necessarily need to know exactly how you'll achieve it—that's part of the work. But there needs to be something you want to change, achieve, prepare for or move through. We'll define and refine the target together at the beginning.
What if my issue is complex?
That's often where intensive work can be particularly useful. You don't have to have a neat, simple problem. However, we'll work to identify a clear focus so that the intensive remains purposeful rather than becoming open-ended therapy.
Can we work on trauma?
We can work with patterns and nervous-system responses that may have developed through difficult or traumatic experiences, provided the work remains appropriate for this service. This is not trauma therapy. If trauma processing or treatment is required, I will recommend an appropriate therapeutic pathway instead.
How often do we meet?
The intensive requires weekly involvement. The exact structure and session frequency will be discussed when we establish your package, but consistency is a core part of the model. The initial 2 sessions will be longer to establish intake, assessment and foundations.
Why is the minimum three months?
Because nervous system change requires repetition, experience and integration. Three months gives us enough time to move beyond insight into consistent practice and real-world application. We set a realistic target and goal for a block of 3 months of work. If you would like to continue more work after that, we can engage in further blocks if you’d like.
Can I stop after three months?
Yes, of course. You can technically stop anytime you like. Three months is the minimum commitment, not an indefinite contract. At the end of each block, we'll review where you're at and whether another block would be useful. There is no expectation to continue. This is designed to be intensive, to get you up and going and not keep you loosed into years of appointments for self development.
Is everything online?
Yes. The intensive is delivered entirely online, allowing us to work together regardless of where you live. We find this makes the service more accessible, reduces barriers and that you’re more likely to make the most of participating.
What is the time commitment and when is this?
The first two sessions will be 2 hours. Every session after that will be 1 hour. We will use a secure Telehealth link in the Zanda platform for the video calls and you will be sent a link to access. We will establish a suitable time in both of our schedules; this is likely to be on Mondays. Should a session land on a public holiday that week, we can discuss options a. continue with it anyway, b. reschedule if possible that week, c. add it to the end of the package. You will not be penalised or miss our on sessions due to public holidays.
Is this suitable if I'm already seeing a therapist?
Potentially. The two services have different purposes, but they can sometimes complement each other. If you're receiving therapy for a significant mental health or trauma-related issue, we'll discuss whether this intensive is appropriate before beginning.
How much does it cost?
This is a premium, highly individualised service and is priced accordingly. The investment reflects the level of personalisation, weekly involvement and intensive nature of the work. And yet, if you do the maths, this is still not much more than standard individual therapy per 50 minute rate in Australia, which can go on for years.
There is a payment plan option if paying the total up front is not an option. If relevant, some professionals may be able to claim this as professional development and support or supervision at tax return time.
3-Month Intensive (12 weeks) $3850 excl GST
6-Month Intensive (24 weeks) $7700 excl GST
