Neuro Somatic Circles | The Sustainable High Performance Collective

A$1,470.00

A six-month Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ closed group for ambitious womxn ready to lead without living in survival mode.

For womxn who are successful on the outside—but don't want to keep paying for it on the inside.

For womxn who are tired of over-functioning, pushing through and carrying it all alone.

So you've built a life that looks successful.

You're capable. Reliable. Driven.

People trust you. You get things done.

You've built a career, supported others, managed responsibilities and kept moving forward—often while carrying far more than anyone realises.

From the outside, you're functioning.

From the inside, you might recognise something different.

Perhaps you're constantly "on." You struggle to truly switch off.

You overthink. You over-function. You say yes when you mean no.

You carry everyone else's emotional load. You feel guilty resting.

You know what healthy boundaries are—but somehow they disappear in real life.

You can explain exactly what needs to change.

But your nervous system keeps pulling you back into the same patterns.

This isn't a lack of insight. It isn't laziness.

And it certainly isn't because you're not trying hard enough.

Often, it's because your nervous system learned that performing, pleasing, achieving, fixing, anticipating or staying in control was the safest way to move through the world.

Those strategies probably served you once.

They may even be the reason you've become so successful.

But they also come with a cost.

And you can probably feel it… That’s why you’re here.

This isn't another mindset course.

It isn't productivity coaching.

It isn't therapy.

And it isn't a traditional women's circle. Although we pay our respects to Indigenous and communal women’s circles in across the globe as their origin purpose is inspiration for this work.

The Sustainable High Performance Collective is a practical, experiential six-month online group grounded in Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ (NSI).

Together, we'll show you some of the groundwork for expanding your nervous system capacity so that you can go out there into the world and conquer all that you desire to conquer, from a place of more spaciousness, tolerance, authenticity and clarity - as opposed to the blur, rush, fatigue, adrenaline fuelled and adrenal overdrive place that’s starting to wear thin.

This isn't about collecting more information. Or a badge of new age wellness trend to chat about.

It's about literally practising change. In real time.

And it certainly is not about performing wellness. That would just be mimicking the same old pattern and trap.

Because insight alone rarely creates lasting transformation.

Your nervous system needs opportunities to experience something different.

You will learn to speak the language of your own body and nervous system, more than just ignoring it and pushing through.

That's what we'll do together.

Who this is for

This collective is designed for womxn who are:

  • Professionals, leaders, business owners or helping professionals (doctors, lawyers, executives, managers, directors, psychiatrists, etc)

  • Highly capable and often the person everyone relies on

  • Tired of constantly carrying responsibility

  • Feeling stretched, overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted despite functioning well

  • Wanting to prevent burnout—not recover after it's too late

  • Curious about nervous system health, embodiment and sustainable performance

  • Ready to create success that doesn't require self-abandonment

You don't have to be in crisis.

In fact, many women who join will appear to be doing exceptionally well. And feel like you don’t relate to some of the struggles described here. That may well be the case, and it may be that your sweet system has become so good at overriding and not listening to its cues.

This space is for those who know there has to be a healthier way to live, lead and achieve. As well as for those who simply want to take their lives, leadership, careers and action-taking capacity to a whole new level.

What makes this different?

Most personal development teaches you what to think.

NSI teaches you how to experience change.

Rather than relying solely on discussion and cognitive insight, each session integrates practical nervous system tools and embodied practices that help bridge the gap between knowing and doing.

We'll move beyond simply talking about:

  • Boundaries

  • Burnout

  • Self-worth

  • Perfectionism

  • People pleasing

  • Emotional regulation

  • Capacity

  • Authenticity

We'll practise them.

Expect to leave each session with tools you can immediately apply to yourself that will start to have an affect in your work, relationships and everyday life.

Together we'll explore themes such as

  • Understanding nervous system basics

  • Why high achieving womxn often struggle to rest

  • The hidden cost of over-functioning

  • Sustainable leadership and performance

  • How our survival responses subtly turn up in our working life

  • Building genuine capacity instead of simply coping

  • Boundaries that your body can actually maintain

  • Emotional regulation in real time

  • Developing a stronger relationship with yourself

  • Living and leading from your values rather than your protective strategies

Every cohort evolves differently, allowing space for the needs and experiences of the participants within it.

Every 6 mth group will offer a different focus point and often build on the last. However you are welcome to join for as little or as many ongoing rounds of as you would like. The trainings, teachings, tools and practices will only compound and accumulated for your benefit over time.

Imagine if success no longer required survival mode.

Imagine making decisions from clarity instead of pressure and brain fog.

Leading without constantly carrying everyone, and being able to share the load

Resting without as much guilt.

Trusting yourself to handle tomorrow’s load without all the ‘just one more thing’ midnight bedtimes.

Speaking honestly without over-explaining.

Having ambition without sacrificing yourself.

Feeling successful because of how you and your life feel—not just how it looks.

That's the work.

What to expect

  • Monthly 1-hour live online sessions (this will likely be recorded)

  • Six-month closed group

  • High performing womxn across Australia

  • Some learning and education time, followed by actually doing the tools in the session together

  • Very little talking and disclosure - there is no expectation to share personal information in this group. Nervous system work is deliberately designed to bypass the standard conscious, cognitive and verbal processes.

  • Practical nervous system tools and experiential exercises - learning in an embodied, lived experience way

  • Supportive, grounded and evidence-informed facilitation

This is an experiential learning space for those ready to be actively involved and target change from a new perspective. It is not group therapy.

While many women find the experience deeply personal and meaningful, the focus remains on developing practical skills, increasing nervous system capacity and creating sustainable change.

Our Approach

The Sustainable High Performance Collective is grounded in Neuro Somatic Intelligence™ (NSI)—an integrative approach that combines contemporary neuroscience, applied neurology, psychology, somatics and embodied practice to support meaningful change.

Rather than relying on insight alone, NSI recognises that our nervous system often determines how we think, feel, connect, lead and respond under pressure. While understanding ourselves is important, sustainable change happens when the mind and body begin working together.

This collective draws on evidence-backed principles from:

  • Neuroscience – understanding how the brain and nervous system adapt through experience (neuroplasticity) and why change requires more than willpower.

  • Polyvagal Theory – exploring how our autonomic nervous system influences our capacity for connection, resilience, performance and wellbeing.

  • Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) – understanding how relationships, the brain and the body shape our patterns throughout life.

  • Attachment Theory – recognising how early relational experiences can influence leadership, boundaries, self-worth, perfectionism and relationships in adulthood.

  • Somatic Psychology – learning to recognise and work with the body's signals rather than overriding or ignoring them.

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) – developing a more supportive internal relationship that reduces shame, self-criticism and threat-based motivation.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – building psychological flexibility and creating meaningful action aligned with your values.

  • Schema Therapy – identifying longstanding patterns that continue to shape behaviour, relationships and decision-making.

  • Trauma-informed practice – recognising that many high-performing behaviours are adaptive survival strategies rather than personal flaws.

While these models inform the collective, this is not a therapy program or a clinical training course.

Every session is practical, experiential and immediately applicable to everyday life.

You'll spend less time learning theories and more time developing the capacity to embody them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational and experiential personal development collective. Although many women find the work deeply meaningful and personally transformative, the purpose is to build nervous system capacity, self-awareness and sustainable ways of living and leading—not to provide psychological treatment. If you are currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties or are in crisis, individual therapy may be a more appropriate starting point, ro could accompany your supports alongside and separate to this program.

Do I need to know anything about the nervous system?

Not at all. Everything is explained in an accessible, practical way. Whether you're completely new to this work or already familiar with nervous system regulation, you'll gain practical tools that you can apply immediately.

Is this just another women's circle?

No. While connection and community are important, this is a focussed learning and professional experience.

Each session combines education, guided experiential practices, reflection and practical application grounded in Neuro Somatic Intelligence™.

Expect less passive discussion and more active practice.

I'm functioning well. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. Many women who join are highly successful professionally.

They aren't falling apart—they're simply recognising that the way they've achieved success isn't sustainable. This collective is designed for women who want to thrive, not simply survive.

What if I'm already seeing a therapist?

That's completely fine. Many women choose to participate alongside individual therapy. Because the collective focuses on practical nervous system skills and experiential learning, many participants find the two approaches complement each other well.

What happens during each session?

Every monthly session includes a blend of:

  • Practical nervous system education

  • Guided somatic and experiential practices

  • Light reflection and discussion, QandA

  • Opportunities to apply the concepts to real-life situations

  • Strategies you can continue practising between sessions

No two sessions are exactly the same, but every session is designed to leave you with something practical to use immediately.

Why only one hour each month?

Sustainable change doesn't happen through information overload. This collective values integration over intensity. It mirrors the exact patterns we’re trying to create - rest and digest vs over functioning. Rather than giving you hours of content to consume, each session focuses on introducing practical concepts and experiences that can be practised in everyday life over the following month. Small, consistent changes create lasting transformation.

Will I have to share personal experiences?

No. This is not therapy or reflective practice. Given the time limit is one hour only, and will be boundaried to keep to time due to honouring everyone’s other commitments. If there is a short amount of sharing or questions being asked, there is never any expectation to disclose more than feels comfortable. Participation can look different for everyone, and your boundaries will always be respected.

Is this available outside Australia?

Initially, the collective is available to women living anywhere in Australia. As the program grows, international groups may be offered in the future.
